Filters
There are two different filters available for extractor hoods, which perform different functions.
Charcoal Filters
These are needed for recirculation systems only, and are the key to removing odours from the air. They should be replaced every 12-18 months.
Grease Filters
These come as standard on all Neff hoods, the remove particles of grease, protecting their insides. Grease filters can be made of non combustible metal, which is virtually everlasting, or paper which needs replacing.
